Terms of Service

OPTRIXIS LOCAL is an AI Local Growth Platform that helps authorized business users organize local reputation, Google Business Profile information, local search performance, priority actions, notifications and related operational insights.

Features may depend on third-party providers, permissions, API availability, account eligibility and product plan. Some integrations may be unavailable, limited, in testing or released gradually.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and use the service only through accounts you are authorized to control. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by a failure of OPTRIXIS LOCAL to apply reasonable security controls.

If you connect a business profile, location, communication channel or other provider account, you represent that you own it or have sufficient authority from the relevant business to connect and manage it through OPTRIXIS LOCAL.

Unless a specific order states otherwise, a standard OPTRIXIS LOCAL workspace is designed around one physical business location. Additional reputation or listing platforms connected for the same establishment are integrations for that location, not additional locations.

Multi-location organizations may require OPTRIXIS LOCAL Enterprise or another separately agreed arrangement. Plan limits, included features and pricing presented at purchase or in an order form apply to the relevant subscription.

OPTRIXIS LOCAL can connect to third-party services such as Google Business Profile, email, communications, AI and payment providers. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.

You authorize OPTRIXIS LOCAL to access and process information from a connected service only to the extent needed to provide features you activate. You can revoke provider access, although doing so may disable related OPTRIXIS LOCAL functionality.

Third-party providers control their own APIs, approvals, quotas and availability. OPTRIXIS LOCAL cannot guarantee that a provider will approve an account, maintain an API, return particular data or avoid service interruptions.

AI-assisted features may generate recommendations, classifications, summaries or draft content. These outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular business situation. You remain responsible for decisions and for reviewing customer-facing or business-critical content before use.

OPTRIXIS LOCAL may apply safeguards, confidence thresholds, human-review steps or feature restrictions. You must not bypass those controls or use the service to create deceptive, unlawful or abusive content.

You may not use OPTRIXIS LOCAL to violate law, infringe third-party rights, gain unauthorized access, misrepresent your authority over a business, manipulate reviews unlawfully, send prohibited communications, distribute malware, probe the service without permission, or interfere with other customers.

You must respect provider policies, messaging consent requirements, privacy obligations and applicable advertising, consumer-protection and communications laws relevant to your business.

You retain your rights in business content and information you provide to the service. You grant OPTRIXIS LOCAL the limited rights needed to host, process, transform, transmit and display that information solely to provide, secure and operate the service.

Paid subscriptions, when offered, are billed according to the prices, billing interval and currency shown at checkout or in an order form. Unless stated otherwise, fees exclude applicable taxes and are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed.

If automatic billing is not enabled or a subscription is handled manually, the payment method and activation terms communicated for that order apply. Failure to pay amounts when due may result in restricted or suspended access after reasonable notice where appropriate.

We work to keep OPTRIXIS LOCAL reliable, but the service is provided subject to maintenance, security events, provider outages and other operational limitations. Early-access or beta features may change materially and may be withdrawn before general availability.

We may modify the service to improve security, performance, compliance or product quality. We will avoid materially reducing a paid core service without reasonable notice where practicable.

You may stop using the service at any time. Subscription cancellation rules shown at purchase or in an order form apply to paid access.

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address security risk, unlawful activity, serious policy violations, non-payment, provider restrictions or misuse that could harm another customer, OPTRIXIS LOCAL or a third party.

To the extent permitted by law, OPTRIXIS LOCAL is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee a particular search ranking, review score, revenue result, customer-acquisition result, provider approval or uninterrupted access to third-party APIs.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the service. Any additional liability limits applicable to a paid subscription may be stated in the relevant order form or enterprise agreement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. The current version will be published at this URL with its updated date. Material changes affecting an active paid service may also be communicated through the product or by email.

The contracting entity, governing law and dispute terms for a paid or enterprise subscription may be identified in the applicable order form or checkout. Mandatory laws that apply to you remain unaffected.
