Data Deletion
Last updated: August 30, 2026
You can withdraw provider access and request deletion of information associated with your OPTRIXIS LOCAL account or workspace. We verify requests before acting so that one user cannot delete another business’s information.
Disconnect Google
If your workspace offers a disconnect control, use it to remove the Google Business Profile connection. You can also revoke OPTRIXIS LOCAL access from the security and third-party access settings of your Google Account.
Once the authorization is no longer usable, OPTRIXIS LOCAL will not be able to continue normal synchronization from that Google connection.
Request deletion
Send a deletion request from the email address associated with your OPTRIXIS LOCAL account to contact@optrixislocal.com.
Include enough information to identify the account or workspace, such as the workspace name or business location. Do not send passwords, OAuth tokens, API keys, recovery codes or other secrets.
Verification and scope
We may ask you to verify ownership of the account, workspace or connected business before deletion. A verified request can cover the OPTRIXIS LOCAL account, workspace data, or data associated with a connected provider, depending on what you request and what you are authorized to control.
What happens next
After verification, we process the request against active systems and connected credentials as appropriate. Some information may remain temporarily in encrypted backups, security records or records we are required to retain for legitimate legal, fraud-prevention, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes.
Backup copies are not used to continue normal product processing and are removed or overwritten according to the applicable backup lifecycle.
