Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 30, 2026
OPTRIXIS LOCAL is an AI Local Growth Platform designed to help a business understand and improve the local performance of a physical establishment. This policy explains what information we process, why we process it, how connected Google Business Profile data is handled, and the choices available to you.
For privacy questions or verified data requests, contact contact@optrixislocal.com.
Information we process
We process information that you provide directly, information generated through your use of the service, and information retrieved from providers you choose to connect.
- Account information: name, email address, authentication state, workspace membership and security-related account events.
- Business information: establishment details, business category, local SEO keywords, workspace preferences and information entered by authorized team members.
- Connected provider information: business accounts, locations, reviews, review replies, profile information, local search and performance information made available through supported provider APIs.
- Operational information: application logs, request metadata, audit events, error diagnostics and security signals used to operate and protect the service.
- Billing information: when paid billing is enabled, subscription and transaction status may be processed through our payment provider. OPTRIXIS LOCAL is not designed to store full payment-card numbers.
Google Business Profile data
When you choose to connect Google Business Profile, OPTRIXIS LOCAL requests the Google business.manage authorization so the platform can provide the Google Business Profile features you explicitly use.
Depending on the features available to your account and the permissions granted by Google, we may access business-account identifiers, manageable locations, profile information, reviews and replies, performance metrics, and local search keyword information.
We use this information to connect the establishment you select, synchronize relevant business and reputation signals, display performance history, prioritize actions, support review workflows, and generate local-growth insights requested through the product.
We do not sell Google user data, use it for unrelated advertising, or use it to build advertising profiles. Our use of information received from Google APIs is intended to comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
How we use information
We use information only for legitimate product, security and operational purposes, including to:
- provide, maintain and improve the OPTRIXIS LOCAL workspace;
- authenticate users and enforce workspace permissions;
- connect and synchronize supported provider data at your direction;
- detect review, reputation, local-search and performance signals;
- generate priority actions, reports and requested AI-assisted outputs;
- send service communications and enabled notifications;
- protect the service against abuse, fraud, unauthorized access and operational failures;
- meet legal obligations and enforce applicable agreements.
AI-assisted processing
Some OPTRIXIS LOCAL features use artificial intelligence to analyze business or reputation signals and produce recommendations, summaries or draft content. When an AI feature is enabled, the minimum relevant information needed for that feature may be processed by our AI infrastructure or contracted AI service providers.
AI-assisted outputs are designed to support an authorized operator, not replace business judgment. Customer-facing or sensitive actions may require review or confirmation before publication or delivery.
We do not use connected Google user data for unrelated advertising. Data sent to a service provider is limited to operating the requested OPTRIXIS LOCAL feature and is subject to the provider and security controls applicable to that integration.
How information is shared
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate OPTRIXIS LOCAL, such as infrastructure, database, monitoring, email, AI, payment and communications providers.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users or the service, investigate abuse, or respond to a valid legal request. If the business or service is reorganized, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to appropriate protections and applicable law.
Security and credential handling
OPTRIXIS LOCAL uses technical and organizational controls intended to protect customer information. Provider OAuth credentials are handled server-side. Sensitive provider tokens are stored using application-managed encryption rather than being exposed to the browser as ordinary application data.
The platform is designed around tenant-scoped access controls, auditability, service monitoring, encrypted off-host backups and controlled recovery procedures. No service can guarantee absolute security, so we continuously evaluate and improve operational safeguards.
Retention, disconnecting and deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and auditability, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, and operate backups and recovery systems.
You can withdraw Google authorization through your Google Account and, where available, disconnect the integration from OPTRIXIS LOCAL. Disconnecting stops future provider synchronization after the authorization is no longer usable.
You may request deletion of your OPTRIXIS LOCAL account or connected data by following our data deletion instructions or emailing contact@optrixislocal.com from the address associated with your account. Verified deletion requests are processed subject to legitimate security, backup and legal-retention requirements.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or a copy of certain personal information. You may also have the right to object to certain processing or withdraw consent where processing depends on consent.
We may need to verify your identity and authority over the relevant workspace before acting on a request. Some information may be retained where required or permitted by law, including security, fraud-prevention and recordkeeping information.
International processing and children
OPTRIXIS LOCAL may use infrastructure and service providers in more than one country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international processing and transfers.
The service is intended for businesses and authorized business users. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly design the service to collect personal information from children as end users.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the product, providers, legal requirements or data practices evolve. The current version will be published at this URL with an updated effective date. Material changes may also be communicated inside the product or by email when appropriate.
Privacy, Google data and deletion questions can be sent to contact@optrixislocal.com.
